SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Lead-times vary by item. If a piece is in stock we can ship within 2 business days, but if not, each piece requires a 4-6 week lead time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
Domestic orders are shipped UPS or FedEx insured. Options include 2-day at $30 flat or overnight at $45.
All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
All packages are insured and a signature is required.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because most of our pieces are made to order, we are not able to take returns on any item.

Please note: any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies before buying.
REPAIR WARRANTY
Sorellina will repair any damaged pieces within one year at no additional cost to the customer.
