In Stock Items: For a full refund on an in stock piece purchased on our site, sorellinanyc.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will be available for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.
Made to Order Items: All custom, bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders: All international orders are final sale.
