Handcrafted 18k yellow gold ring with 2.47 ctw tourmaline, surrounded by 1.40 cttw yellow sapphire and 0.23 cttw G-H/sI diamonds, all set in 18k gold. 20mm x 13mm. Size 7.5. Shown on middle finger.
