Inspired by salty, sun-kissed days spent on the islands of Italy, these studs are handcrafted from 18k yellow gold with 1.60 cttw cultured white pearl, 0.40 cttw mother of pearl inlay, and 0.16 cttw G-HSI diamonds. 15 mm x 9.5mm
